Fascinating interview, Marty. The survey results that your guest delivered was surprising. Although I knew that lost trust was a huge issue in big corporations, I did not know that this trust problem had shifted over to the general public and their buying decisions–at least to the extent this survey reveals. Shocking! Brand owners had better take note!
